Wildish named Investment head for Kintyre Group

 


On January 2, 2024, Kintyre Holdings Limited (formerly iCreate) announced leadership changes including that of Andrew Wildish as Chief Investment Officer and Anya Graham as Financial Controller.

The announcements which the company indicates is part of its strategic repositioning for 2025 was signed by Tyrone Wilson, Chairman, President and CEO.

Kintyre Holdings Jamaica Limited, targets real estate, food and beverage, and has added investments in a pivot away from entertainment and training which were central under its former offerings under iCreate.

Wildish was the CFO of iCreate, having replaced Chadwick Bennett as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of iCreate Limited, on September 30, 2024.

Wildish was named as the new CFO of iCreate Limited, soon to be Kintyre Holdings (JA) Limited, effective October 2, 2024.

The company then stated, “Wildish brings a wealth of experience in corporate finance, accounting, commercial banking, and investment management, having worked across the United States, Panama, and Jamaica.

“He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Corporate Finance from the University of the West Indies and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Corporate Finance from The Ohio State University. His professional background includes working with prestigious institutions such as Jamaica National Group and York Investment Management. He has also served as CFO for several startups and early-stage ventures within the Musson Group.”

Kintyre outlined then that Wildish has been instrumental in raising over USD 2 million in debt and equity capital as a financial advisor to iCreate and its connected entities, “aiding in the pursuit of key acquisition initiatives.”

Kintyre Holdings Limited, holds a 41.8-per cent stake in iCreate. In 2022, iCreate also acquired GetPaid Group Limited.

iCreate Institute Skills training retains its focus on short courses. Subsidiary Visual Vibe Digital Outdoor Advertising company based in Jamaica with over 13 locations island wide.

Sevens Kingston Limited is a lounge and restaurant brand. GetPaid Group is an e-Commerce company targeting digital transformation. Under real estate Kintyre will focus on residential, commercial developments and renovation.

At the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in October 2024, the company officially rebranded. Management commented in Q3 results, “Kintyre Holdings achieved strong growth in Q3 2024 (ended September 30, 2024), driven by strategic investments and Visual Vibe's expanding success in addition to gains from our investment assets. Operational efficiency has improved, contributing to robust financial performance.



“The Group is positioned for steady growth and profitability. Quarterly revenue reached $56.6 million, a 59.3 per cent increase over Q3 2023, with year-to-date revenue at $128.4 million, up 57.5 per cent year-over-year.”
