Advanced Call Center Technologies (ACT) expands
Advanced Call Center Technologies (ACT), a business process outsourcing company which operates in the Caribbean, the USA, Central America and South Africa is reporting higher sales and expansion into new verticals for the calendar year 2024.

Headquartered in Pennsylvania in the USA, ACT provides customer service inbound and outbound calling in Jamaica where it commenced operations in 2014 as a private company owned 100 per cent by Advanced Call Center Technologies, LLC (US).
Globally its locations also include Guatemala, South Africa and in the United States: Arizona, California, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, Tennessee where it has three locations and Utah.
In Jamaica the unit provides staffing services to ACT US. These staffing services consists of hiring, training, terminating and handling the management of employees.
At the current time ACT Jamaica is also a provider of domestic (USA), near shore and far shore outsourced call center services to the financial services, mortgage, telecommunications, healthcare, cable and retail industries.
Services include fraud prevention and detection, dispute management, customer service, sales and marketing services, customer retention, back-office support and more.
On February 12, 2025, Hunter Croft, President and CEO of ACT indicated that in response to escalating client demand across numerous verticals, and that ACT significantly expanded its global footprint in 2024.
This included the opening of a third flagship site in Texas, where the company has operated since 2003, as well as the establishment of a new international, multilingual hub in Johannesburg, South Africa.
He commented, “These expansions are strategically positioned not only to meet growing client needs but also to provide access to superior workforce talent and infrastructure in markets that are less saturated with BPO providers.” ACT is 27 years old.
