Visual Vibe deepens advertising reach, invests in new screens

 

Visual Vibe, an advertising subsidiary of Kintyre Holdings Limited (formerly iCreate) indicated on January 10 that it has inked a deal with NGAP Limited in a joint venture which will deepen market share.


Visual Vibe is a digital outdoor advertising company based in Jamaica with over 13 locations island wide.

Further details of the new deal were not sharedl. Described as a strategic joint venture, the company stated in a press release that it will result in a 40 per cent expansion in screen network through alliance with NGAP Limited, led by CEO Wayne Morrison.

He stated, “This partnership strengthens Visual Vibe’s presence across Jamaica, integrating new, high-quality screens into the network. This growth enables the company to deliver more impactful advertising solutions while achieving greater scale without the cost of acquiring and insta ling additional screens.

The company indicates it has upgraded key locations like Half Way Tree, Manor Park, and also replaced the Emancipation Park screen.

Tyrone Wilson, Chairman & CEO of Kintyre Holdings commented, “By expanding with high-quality screens and leveraging this strategic relationship, we are adding more locations to our network and giving advertisers maximum impact with their campaigns, a l while growing sustainably.”

Wayne Morrison, CEO of NGAP Limited, also described the new alliance as strategic.

Headed by Tyrone Wilson, President and CEO, Kintyre Holdings Jamaica Limited targets real estate, food and beverage, and has added investments in a pivot away from entertainment and training which were central under its former offerings under iCreate.

Kintyre Holdings Limited, holds a 41.8-per cent stake in iCreate. In 2022, iCreate also acquired GetPaid Group Limited.

iCreate Institute Skills training retains its focus on short courses. Subsidiary Visual Vibe Digital is into Outdoor Advertising . Sevens Kingston Limited is a lounge and restaurant brand. GetPaid Group is an e-Commerce company targeting digital transformation. Under real estate Kintyre will focus on residential, commercial developments and renovation.

At the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in October 2024, the company officially rebranded. Quarterly revenue reached $56.6 million, a 59.3 per cent increase over Q3 2023, with year-to-date revenue at $128.4 million, up 57.5 per cent year-over-year.
