Kintyre Holdings restructures GetPaid, says farewell to Leighton Campbell
Anthony Wison, President and CEO of Kintyre Holdings (formerly iCreate) indicates further changes in company structure, with the latest including the transition of GetPaid Limited to division status.
Kintyre’s restructuring and rebranding began in 2024. GetPaid Group which was acquired in 2022 is an e-Commerce company targeting digital transformation.
Wilson states, “ As part of the Company’s ongoing strategy to optimize group structure, GetPaid Limited will be transitioned from a wholly owned subsidiary to a division of Kintyre Holdings. This decision has been taken to reduce administrative costs, improve operational efficiency, and better align GetPaid with the strategic direction of the Group.
“ In connection with this realignment, the Company has also made the decision to discontinue specific non-core services previously offered by GetPaid, including SMS communication services for clients Website development Website hosting services
Going forward, GetPaid will focus exclusively on its core e-commerce technology products, which are expected to drive growth and unlock future value for shareholders.
Leighton Campbell meanwhile has resigned as President & CEO of GetPaid Limited. Wilson said, “We extend our appreciation for his leadership and contributions, taking GetPaid from a concept to a true player in the Jamaica tech landscape.”
The Board of Directors of GetPaid has been dissolved as part of the process to wind up the legal structure of the subsidiary and integrate it fully under Kintyre as a division.
On January 2, 2024, Kintyre also announced leadership changes including that of Andrew Wildish as Chief Investment Officer and Anya Graham as Financial Controller.
The announcements the company indicated was part of its strategic repositioning for 2025.
Kintyre Holdings targets real estate, food and beverage, and has added investments in a pivot away from entertainment and training which were central under its former offerings under iCreate.
Wildish was before the CFO of iCreate, having replaced Chadwick Bennett as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of iCreate Limited, on September 30, 2024.
Wildish was named as the new CFO of Kintyre Holdings (JA) Limited, effective October 2, 2024.
Kintyre outlined then that Wildish was been instrumental in raising over USD 2 million in debt and equity capital as a financial advisor to iCreate and its connected entities, “aiding in the pursuit of key acquisition initiatives.”

Full year performance
For the twelve months ended December 31, 2024, Kintyre Holdings recorded revenue growth of 54.6 per cent to $217.08 million, compared to $140.46 million in 2023, largely due to improved performance from Visual Vibe and investment gains.
Net Profit for the year was $80.64 million, reversing a loss of $137.72 million in 2023.
Profit Before Tax (PBT) for Kintyre Holdings increased by 175 per cent a turnaround from a loss in 2023
